1. Clan name

a. Dead Head name:

The dead head is any name that represents the clan in a dignified way (examples):

* oXDead nameXo

* XDHP nameX

* olX Dead Head Name Xlo

Any name that has some reference to these is considered appropriate.

b. Standard Name: Any one can still retain the original name they entered the clan with, the only thing that happens when you change it to a Dead head name is that you receive a in clan promotion.

2. Clan ranking system

a. Demotion: Can result in any of the following: Boot a member of the clan from the party, or any infraction of the rules that require trial and the defendant loosing that case, or if a member has been caught without proper uniform for more than three times .(Note): some demotions can only be temporary.

b. Promotions: Promotions are handed out to DHP that qualify for any of these three thing
1. Change your main gamer tag to a Dead Head name as posted earlier.
2. Post 200 replies on the site that have valid points.
3. Have ten people join the clan because of you.(They do not count if by the time you hit ten they have left. All ten of the recruits have to say they joined because of you.)

c. Ranking structure:

Check post on staff and leadership.

3. Clan Standards

a. Basic game play rules: Don't do unto others that you wouldn't do to yourself. Basically show respect to everyone and they themselves should show it to you.

b. Induction type rules: Follow the lead of your inductor; they themselves have been told what to do to bring you into the clan listen to them and they will tell you how it is done. The inductors are the three leaders of any branch of DHP.

c. Leadership respect: Simple and sweet show the higher ups a little respect they have worked hard to make the DHP the way it is and it wasn't easy to say the least.
Leaders also treat eachother with some respect, you all know the challenge it is to get there and it reflects poorly when there is fighting amongst the leadership.

d. Leadership role situation rules: When in a Leadership role anyone can be a leader. All you need to do is command the situation that is at hand with a ability to bend your voice to a way to convey dominance over the other players.


4. Clan teams

a. Applying
Talk to the leader of the that indiviual team leader and request to be apart of that team.

b. Game battles
Gamebattles is a online ladder for Halo 3 and other games. You play 2v2 or 4v4 matches against other teams. It drastically improves your Halo skills and opens you to a whole new world of Online play. To join you need to follow the procedures under Joining.

c. Joining
To get a team on gamebattles you must post your team name and the respected players in your team on the same post under the forum "Gamebattles Teams". Then the person who is responsible for making your team will make your team on gamebattles and will give everyone there username and pw. They will need your email address so they can set your account up. So when you post make sure you post the email addressess of the people on your team.

d. Major League Gaming (MLG)
This is for the most sophisticated players in the clan. If you are interested in joining the MLG team talk to one of the owners or admins.

e. Participation
Very few people get to participate in these events unless you can find other sponsors and people to help you pay for your plane ticket and entry fee.

f. Playing
The tournaments are random so you will have to keep yourself updated, we will post information as it arrives to us.

g. Practice
Practices are at normal practice times on the front page.

5. Clan trial

a. Evidence
proof of the situation.

b. Punishment
Punishments include, but are not limited to:
Punishment Pit
Demotion
Banning from DHP

c. The accused
One that broke the rule or is said to have broken the rule.

d. The defense
Usually a lawyer in the situation who defends the accused.

e. The Judge
The leader of your current group.

f. The jury
Deciding factor, can not have been told the story prior to being on the jury.

g. The prosecution
Usually also a lawyer, one who is accusing the accused of breaking a rule.

h. The witnesses
Ones who were at the situation.

6. Dress code

a. Clan motto
Something with a DHP reference in your XBL motto this is optional on DHP Resistance Branch.
